I am on HSMP dependent visa on my american passport.
I am planning to change my name on passport as reason of marriage.
Do i need to apply for new visa or inform home office about it ?

Hello ATBPLC, yes i did call but they said, we cannot update you regarding your case before 4 weeks.
so have to wait..it look like i will get it end of this week or start of next.

I have observed one thing on this forum. Correct me if I am wrong..people who are applying for initial hsmp application or 2+3 are getting their passports more quickly than the people who applied for 1+3+3. Is it just coincidence or HO has some priority..
