Hi, But is the three year proof of residence calculated on the calendar years i.e. January to December for each year you were in Ireland or is it calculated on counting three years back from the date you apply, that is if you apply in say Aug 2022 your three years you must supply proof of residency...

The law is that in the last 4 years prior to naturalisation, you should have a total of 3 years residence in the state. The final year should be contiuous residence. But you are then allowed to chose any 2 years in the 4 years preceding the naturalisation application. You certainly cannot choose 20...

This appears to be a Dublin problem, as Raja does not appear to be a Dublin resident, I am not sure he may be able to assist you. oh no... my fd in cork he have his approval 2 days ago.. and he's able to get in contact with the garda and immo department there and on a waiting list for an appointmen...

For Fees to verify/sign passport. Do shops around, i've heard solicitors Charing 40-50euro(per passport) to verify/sign passport copy, at the same they they will sign photos, birth cert and statutory declaration as well.
