I appied on 4th and debited on 7th----yet to hear anything,I applied within UK & has been n HSMP extending under tier 1.

check further and it clearly says regarding all the countries that need police clearance ,probably in the related immigration rules

u see ashraya,thts whre the problem is as this time they had asked us to send the application ASAP. Otherwise as per previous HSMP rule for extension we cud have otherwise send the application 5weeks before

Thanks FLR 4 tht ,actually I called in regardin the same situation and they replied the same.

I am thinkin of goin for my degree rather than old IELTS as there is no written evidence on the website and as u know the BIA customers service is separate from the case workers.

I think, the system has just come into action and the minimum time line is anything between 4-6 weeks,so anyone who has applied is yet to get the stamp

Just one question do we need to send a self addressed special delivery envelope for the return of the documents.

I don't think thts true, as long as the certificate says under which University the course has been done,it should be fine.I knw thts what people have done from my institute
