Hi guys, Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you are currently on WHV, you CANNOT switch to Tier 1 - it is NOT an eligible visa. Hi, dont know if this is relevant now, as the last post was before 28 Feb. Got some info from a couple of different consultants.
