Re: Tier 2 with autistic child

Thank you so much, your experience is really helpful to me! Could you please also share, if possible, how long it took to obtain an EHCp? And does LA accept foreign diagnosis or require local only? my family came in Oct 2020 then I reached to the CME (Children missing education) and mentioned his c...

Re: Tier 2 with autistic child

Thank you! That's promising. But I've heard several stories regarding pushing back EHCp for migrants by LA's... I came here on General Tier-2 visa and I have a special child who got EHCP in 2021. Re: Skilled worker visa extension

I hope you get it in time, but what if you dont? What are your plans? Did you use the app to do biometrics check, and were you asked to upload any evidence? My new employer did mention in case of application delays, they can contact the Home Office and the employees can start working on agreed date...

Parents sign on behalf of the children, it is NOT the children that sign!
thank you very much for the quick reply. Do we need to sign on both part and part 2 or just the part 1 is enough ?
Could anyone please reply on this, my family as biometric appointment tomorrow.

Hi drijess13,
I applied separately, and after my visa came back stamped, I applied for my wife and son's visas.
I received my son's visa as well, last week
while applying for your kid, on the family consent form for part 1 and part 2, did you sign on it?

Seems like a glitch.

You do not need to provide maintenance evidence for your own application and i assume you haven't. In that case, you should answer no.
Thank you. I will chose as No.
