Re: ILR application for myself

Thanks Zimba for the update! I have checked the given site and it seems to be 2134 is the correct code but I asked my HR to confirm on that as my COS (2023) was showing 2136 that might have been updated recently by Home Office to 2134 but not 100% sure about this though. Also, I am almost done with...

Hi Zimba, Thanks for the reply. Based on the link provided, we are already eligible to apply. I need to recheck the dependents application date to get ready. We will use the application date rather than visa approval date to apply in advance. Thanks a ton. Regards, RexHyd I dont think we should use...

I did not choose that option. I used an employment letter with one sentence like "all leaves are approved...." did you chose this option ? "Letter(s) from employer(s) detailing reasons for work-related absences including periods of paid annual leave from the UK and Crown Dependencies...

Re: SET (O) - ILR queries and Employer Letter information

Your ILR eligibility date will be (first BRP issue date + 5 years - 28 days). You do not need to provide evidence of absences. Read: All you need to know about the sponsor letter for Skilled Worker route Thank you for your reply. I have gone thorough the link now and before as well. I understand ab...

Re: ILR application for myself

If you share evidence with someone and use such evidence in your own application, they need to provide their consent for any verification checks in all applications understood, thank you for the reply. For point 2, part 2 of the consent form must be signed by your spouse. Point 4 and 5 refer to BRP I am not trying to hack or steal the topic and sorry if my post sound like that. I am just asking as I want to understand more on this. why we need spouse consent when the applicant is main applicant. ...

Re: Life in uk test

What visa category are you applying for ilr? Liuk has been mandatory for more than 10 years. As you have done biometrics, how will you update ukvi? They do not have to accept late submission of documents as it is your responsibility to ensure you meet the requirements. You risk your ilr being refus...

Hi all, I got my SWV approved on the 19th of July. Today is 10 working days post decision and I haven't received my BRP despite the email stating that it would take 7-10 working days. I have been advised not to report this as reporting it would order a new BRP. I am due to travel on the 13th of Aug...

I read somewhere that for outside UK applications the max time taken is 12 weeks. So you might hear from them in 2 weeks. Hope for the best.

Re: PBS Extension Visa -Delay

Mine is 10 weeks now and no decision yet. In this scenario, what's the approach.
we can't speed up the process right ? the only way is either wait or withdraw and apply again with super priority.
