My employer has only Acknowledgment of application from Home Office and nothing else

I think she did it right. She did receive acknowledgment email but no respond from Home Office at all.

I have my COA in November 2021 still waiting for decision. I have share my "share code" with my new employer. She did verify this code through Home Office checking service and never get any answer from them. What to do now?
