Not what I meant... I only meant to say is, if she send the application before those 28 days and is granted, by the end of that visa, when she wants to apply for her ILR, the HO could say "oh but you miss a month, you will have to do a 3rd FLR (m) just so you can meet that requirement and then ...

The UK gov webpage says you can use the IELTS B1 if it was already accepted in a previous application. So she doesn't need to cancel the current application form. And also, she shouldn't need to sit another IELTS B1 test for further applications unless the rules change and she's ask to do it. So I h...

For what I understand, she CAN do it BUT that could mean in a third FLR (m) extension because she won't have the 60 months they ask to get the ILR.

Is practically the same, they only say your visa is in process and that they are very sorry for the inconveniences the delay may cost you....... :roll: BUT you always can call in 2 more weeks to ask for an update and probably get the same answer.

I used this to contact them about my visa. You get charged like £2.7 or so. Hope it help :wink:
