How long does a person have to get to the UK when a spouse visa is approved. Someone told me that they have to get here within 1 month

Will it have the date the on the passport after they give it back?

My question is simple. My wife did her biometrics in January. Still havent heard anything from the home office. Can i change jobs? This wont have any effect on the decision right? Maybe if they contact my employer they will say i dont work there any more or i am on notice period

Does Home Office contact employers every time to verify employement?
Ive had to give 1 years worth of payslips and have changed jobs inbetween so will they contact both employers?

Yh I hear you. Just thinking it might not be worth emailing them, they seem to have gone into robot mode and also they do state that 12 weeks is pretty much standard. Mine has been about 8 weeks now too. I pray everyone has good outcomes

Genuine question - why are people emailing and getting agitated after a short amount of time. I am seeing biometrics in Feb and people emailing them. I am in the same boat by the way, my bio was in January and I have also not heard anything back yet. Just saying maybe its not worth contacting them. ...

Im still learning about the process etc so still a novice, but if the sponsor is employed by a company then Im not sure if they have anything to do with it being a limited company etc. they are an employee so they provide their payslips as proof of income
