These are the people who later come back to the board and claim that our solicitor or our agent used forged documents without our knowledge and we are accused of deception by UKBA and 10 year ban imposed. And claim we are innocent!!!

the time you applied, it was not the requirement that the business you do should be at NQF level 4 or above. I think that time it was the requirement that the job you do should be level 4 or above.. So i think you should not be worried on this point

No, your application should not be refused. If you are lucky then you can even get the visa with these set of documents. Else you could be asked to attend the interview (which is the case these days as everything second person is being called for interview)
