I think, you need not to mention your HSMP refusal on visa application form. Because, refusal of HSMP approval does not mean that you are refused UK entry clearence or FLR. It is just you have not met the HSMP criteria to get enable to apply for HSMP EC or FLR.

vishal, no need to worry..... no need to send any new document. Your application was received on 31st July by HO and you had already submitted payslip issued in the month of July 2006. Your case will be assessed as it was received on 31st July.

dont send your trascript with the application, so caseworker wont be able to go in much detail about the courses you have had. Caseworkers award point against your final degree, not against trascripts.

Agreed with woodie... Yes, you will be treated over 28 years old since copy of your passport is not notarized. I suggest you to write a gentalman excuse letter to HSMP team about this and send notarized copy of your passport along with that letter. They may accept it.. hope this helps....
