No... you just need to send photocopy of first two pages of your passport. Black and white copies are also accepted by HSMP team. Yes, to my mind you also need to send the attested copy of your residence permit/work permit in order to confirm your status in the U.K.

According to my Limited knowledge, for visa nationals, you can apply for EC from Spain/Finland as long as you are on resident status in that country.

Since you have got WHM visa but you are still in your country of residence as you have not entered in U.K. According to my limited knowledge. Yes, you can make HSMP application any time/any where in the world.

No need to worry. HSMP team do not ask for the stamps/offical seal on letter heads.

It should not be issue at all as long as the experience letter/certficate is on company's orginal letter head with signature. Stamp is optional. So, you do not need to worry.

If you dont have the original then better send a photo copy of that. If you dont even have the photocopy then:

Just send a written request to HSMP team and request them to issue you a duplicate copy of that.
