If you can supply your original bank statement with ending balance of 800 or more issued before 26 Sep (i.e before you dispatched application) then you should have appeal allowed.

Just my thoughts... however do not take them for granted..better consult a lawyer.

Yes, KAFF is right. since you have made HSMP application under rules in place after 5 Dec 2006 and you have already met English language requirement therefore you do not need to meet this requirement again.

Change your address with your bank.
