Re: ILR Help , applying shortly for ILR but have traffic off

To what i know it wont make any affect on your application as there is nothing against you. The initial letter sent by police (to my understanding) is acceptance of the offence. As you have not accepted but your friend has, he is liable for the offence. I would not worry about this. I have been in t...

Saarang, Dont worry UKBA ususally has this information on their system. I would advice you to pepare a doc/spreadsheet which contains the details of your travel (i.e. date out/date in/destination..etc) so will be easier for the case worker. Please read success cases on this forum... Hi I am applying...

T1 visa stamp says "No Recourse to public funds". If some one is claiming any public fund (and child benefit is a public fund), on T1 or HSMP is bleaching conditions of his visa. I have seen on the forums that some people got away with the Visa or extn by returning every penny of the claim...

Extention from HSMP to Tier 1 does not require you to leave the country.

your new dependent visa will automatically override your existing WP. so dont worry. HO will have your details.. Hi folks, I was on a work permit visa (under the old system) until January this year. Then I was made redundant, and had to leave. When I left (within 28 days), there was no cancellation ...

This is generic.. as in this case you will come under switching policy (from dependent to T1) and this should be done from your home country. The person i know went to the home country early this year for the purpose and got approval in less than 30 days. I am aware of her case if you would like mor...
