Re: How much Variation in Salary allowed for Payslips?

it should not matter... as long as you explain this on the cover letter. In best take a letter from the employer stating the same.. (LWP) but it should not matter any way as long as your earnings are enough for your survival in this country without access to public funds. Amounts in my salary slips ...

Re: is Employment letter mandatory for applying ILR?

There is no document that says that Employer referrence is required for HSMP/T1 -> ILR route but i was asked by the case worker to provide the same during my ILR appointment (HSMP JR). Decision is yours, you can ask HR for a referrence letter stating you name, start date, designation etc... should f...

Re: WP + HSMP + Tier 1 - missing P60 for 2nd year

HI DDJ, Sorry about this but i am confused... You say your last date on WP company was May 06 and you applied for HSMP in Oct 06? To what i know once you have been made redundant on WP, you have 28 days to leave or apply for new visa.. and i dont see this happening here.....as it seams you were in t...

Re: ILR - Separation / Divorce - issuance of UK Passport

As per my understanding, once you get ILR, you can apply naturalisation on your own after 1 year of ILR... subject to standard T&C.. it does not depend on your partner.... Hello Everyone, I need some advice regarding issuance of UK passport. I obtained my Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK las...

Re: Parking Fine & drunk disorderly

Hi Inder, I dont think these offences are criminal convictions.. You don't need to declare them but mention on the cover letter, as i would recommend. As far as CCJ is concerned, i dont think its an issue as looking my case, i was given ILR in May 2010. In June 2010 i changed jobs and my new employe...

Re: Thanks, the incident happend in 2003.

If its 5 years + to the conviction date, then it is spent.. and you are not required to declare it under "Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974" this is mentioned in the form as well. I would still declare it and it will not create a negative impact.. atleast it did not on mine.. its been 7...

Well if that is the case, i think you might have to go to the court.

Just search the forum as i have seen people convicted of shoplifting got away with their Visa/extentions etc.

Make sure you declare it on the application form with the reason (if u are convicted.)

All the best.

Can you please provide some more details on your case.. as what this police caution is about??

is the court involved?

for some offences like driving convictions do not impact your application as long as you declare it.. i am sure there should be more on the list.

Re: Was denied a US F1 visa in 2003, what reference number ?

To the best of my knowledge and experiance, you should be fine if you mention date/country/reason.. if you dont have reference number, should not matter as long as you declare it.. Need some clarification on filling the application form. On the VAF9, Personal Details form there is a section - Part 6...

Its totally your decision.. though in premium service there is a good chance u get the decision same day.. where as u will have to wait for 4 weeks (i think) for the result of postal application... Is it worth paying the extra for the premium service and what does it give you over the normal service?
