Tajesh, sorry did not understand yr question properly.. If you are in UK on Tier 1 and your earnings are in India.. you are not supposed to pay any TAX in UK. Original UK paper pay slips dont require signatures (sure). Thats what applies for India original Pay slips too (I think) HR Signatures and stamps are only required if you give them web printouts as most of companies in India do web printouts now a days. As far as i know ILR allows you to be out of country for 3 months continous and total 6 months in the whole 5 years span. I am thinking if you travel within 3 months of your initial Leave it should be fine for ILR..
