In my openion you should be able to.. as if you are in India you wont be able to qualify for the extn.. of existing HSMP.. Best is to check with your local VFS for the same.

Hiya, Just got my approval under JR. You need to fill only one form inluding depends. The form is quite clear.. Number of applicants 1, paid for 1. Yes, it should be fine as long as your P60 covers claim period April 2008 - March 2009.

Hi, My understanding says that since your application was rejected on fabricated documentation, providing any proof will not help until you can prove to HO that the document is genuine.. you can seek advice from immigration consultant but i am sure his opinion will be the same. Hi Priya, There is a change of circumstance form available on the link below. Address is there on the form. Just download the form, fill in the information and sent it to the address along with the cover letter explaining why you wish to provide more information. This is what i did and was accepted....

Yes you can apply.. if you scan through the forum you will be able to see many people did the same. Best is if you specify the wedding reason in the cover letter and to be more safe, if you can send in your travel tickets (If you have booked) not required though....
