Thanks for all the responses. His Passport expired about 5 years ago and he has no valid form of immigration leave. After reading the responses, he has decided to wait a month until his passport is issued before making the FLR application. I just thought I'd check with the forum as a friend advised ...

ILR - Child born in UK and lived for 7 years

Hi there,

I plan on applying for ILR for my son who was born in the uk , never left the country and will be 7 years old in 2weeks.

Is this route eligible for super priority service?

I tried check on gov.uk but the info isn’t clear

Yes,
I included that in the online application form.
I even wrote a cover letter, outlining how I met the rules as a parent and she meets the rules as a dependent. I stated she lives at home, not in employment, in full time education and she depends one my financially and emotionally.

Thanks for your reply.

Isn’t she supposed to be treated as a child if she’s now over 18 until settlement?
I think she should’ve been granted under appendix Fm and not private life.

This is very important because I don’t want any error to affect her future application.
