For NZ PR u DO NOT need your spouse to have IELTS if u are not claiming points for your spouse qualification. Hi Anu864, You will receive ITA (Invitation to Apply) next. Time between EOI acceptance and ITA issuance varies from place to place. They might do some initial background checks before issuing ITA. Time for Visa Application allotment

Hi Tenghp,

My PR is under processing right now and I am expecting to get it soon.

Meanwhile I got a job and work permit and am located in NZ currently.

In my opinion your application will be in low priority without a job offer anyway. Hope that helps.

Hi, I had applied for immigration in NZ under SMP from India in these dates: EOI submitted: 26-Sep-2007 EOI accepted : 12-Oct-2007 ITA received : 15-Oct-2007 Visa aplication submitted: 28-Nov-2007 I am still waiting for my visa application to be allocated to a immigration officer.
