Vinny
I need help, solicitors confusing me to make theire money,
I was reading an old post by @spiderman007
The similar case, and i think he was successful.
Is fiancee visa the best option?
Is it really straight away path?
How can i contact with mr spiderman?
Will much appreciate your help
Yes,
But in that case,
You don't have to be out of uk for more than 90 days in last 12 months prior to apply and no more than 450 days in last 5 years.
As u left uk in feb 2012 and entered again in march 2013,
So your lawful residence starts from march 2013.
They'll have to check ur 10 years background and will definitely refuse on good character grounds
(if u apply now) as u were overstayer.
So better is to wait till march 2023

Thank you for your quick response,
Oky i must have to submit decree absolute with my wife's application,
But the issue is
What will be the outcome of the application?
Will They allow or not?
Thx
