Travel Details

My husband is renewing his PBS dependant visa. They are asking for travel details. Do we include travel which was less than 2 weeks?

Switching Visa

Hi. My husband came to the UK with a PBS dependent visa. We paid for the IHS, but got refunded because I work for NHS.

When we renew his visa, should we switch to health and care visa dependent or remain on skilled worker dependent visa

Appointment

My husband is due to renew his health and care dependent visa. Is it difficult to get an in person appointment at the moment? We don’t have much window to renew his visa( only about 10 days) so just wondering if we could get an appointment within 3 days of submission of application.

Vacation

Is it okay to leave the country for a holiday with less than 2 months left on my visa? I will land back in the UK on April 25. My current visa will expire on May 12.

I will apply for extension as soon as I get back.

Tourist Visa while waiting for ILR

Hello. I am waiting for my ILR but I'm keen on applying for a Japan tourist visa this December. Is it okay to apply for the tourist visa while waiting for my ILR decision? Will it not affect my ILR application? My current UK visa is valid until May 2023.

PBS VISA EXTENSION IF PARTNER HAS ILR

My husband came under the tier 2 health and care dependent visa. I now have an ILR but he has only stayed in the UK for 2 years, when he renews his visa, will it be to extend his current visa? Will I need to provide a CoS?

Married Name

I got married in February 2020 but due to COVID I was unable to change my name to my husband's surname. I am only getting around to it now. I am due to apply for my ILR on July 2022. I managed to have my name changed this May. I was planning to apply for my ILR directly after getting my new passport...
