just called up Home Office and got to speak to a very helpful lady who not only told me that my application is not on their database (she also mentioned that once payment is taken it should show up on their database pretty quickly) but also took my phone number and has promised to call me back after...

I sent application on 26th Feb and it was received on 27th still no response.... today I called there again at option 4 and then Option 2 advisor told me that they have started allocating applications received on 7th March to case workers but that does not mean all applications received before that...

Just spoke to someone in the home office and have been told that they are dealing with applications received on 26th Feb for HSMp FLR. So, fingers crossed for late Feb applicants.
