Hello,

I wud advice to apply both EEA1/EEA2 together it speeds up reaction. Make sure u put as many documents as possible for both parties.
Put both application in one envelope and send it to EEA1 on address.

Hello,

In my experience you should apply for COA first and there is no reason to deny u. If u got to marry to avoid negative result do not tell them ur married in ya religion way.

Hello,

Thanks. They asked for my wife's passport,bankstement,letter from employer,wage slips. From me my passport,utility bills having both names,wedding photos.
I do not have passport but do have birth certificate. Any suggestion?

I've applied at the begining of DEC 2007. Today received a letter requesting my passort where i am asylum seeker from Somalia in the UK since May 2001. Wot can i do? They have my Home Office ref. number. For your case try calling them...

Infact i received a letter today requesting my valid passport and my wife's passport,utility bills showing both names, most recent wages slip of my wife whos working and an employer's letter for my wife confirming she is currently exercising treaty rights. BUT THEY WROTE WE ARE UNABLE...

Hello, I'm asylum seeker whose case is exhausted, married to a polish lady last november registered in UK after being granted C.O.A. We applied for EEA1 & EEA2 together in DEC. Both received certificate for application. My wife received her registration card in JAN. I havent received my residenc...
