What are you talking about? It really isn't that deep. They are not a nation of dearly beloved. Ireland has a tradition of mass ceremony in relation to naturalisation. The real question should be:

How many applications for naturalisation are still pending for those who applied pre 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020?

And ....

Why are they not seen as matter of urgency?
