asylum

i have two kids, one born outside and the other born in the the UK. i have been in the UK for 7 years. What are my advantages on my family regarding asylum which i claimed in 2002. the child born in UK is not on the asylum claim.

Yes, Its possible to get entry clearance as dependent of a student as long as the student visa is 12months ++
