Is passport delivery by TNT signed for?

Hello,

Does TNT require a signature for passport delivery or do they just post it through the letterbox? They haven’t given a specific time and I won’t be home all day.

Thanks

Re: Settled person wants to bring wife and kids to the UK

Spouse settlment visa yes. Children will apply for the child settlement visa and follow the same visa am immigration path as their mother. No difference if person is British. It is the same visa route. Thank you for your response. Will the kids also have to renew their visas after 2.5 years, like t...

Settled person wants to bring wife and kids to the UK

Hello friends, If a person who is settled in the country (ILR for 19+ years) would like to bring their wife and kids over, I’m assuming the wife would need to apply for a Spouse Visa right? But what kind of visa would the kids need? Can they apply for ILE straightaway? Would it make a difference if ...

Hey guys, On 11.08 I received email from council saying they received my certificate and invite me to book my ceremony. However I hove not received any emails from Home Office. I understand there should be two of them, one confirmation and one invitation to book the ceremony? It seems like I won't ...

Re: Regarding IDV app

You can upload the docs on UKVCAS website, they will show up in the app. You can then take your photo and submit everything via the app. That’s how I did mine.

Re: Any BC spouses still waiting for Naturalisation approval for 3+ months?

I had hoped to go on holiday with my family but that’s not likely to happen now. Sending love to everyone still waiting and hope we get a response soon! x You still hold ILR with your BRP and all documentation. There is nothing stopping you going on holiday while the application is taking place. I ...

Re: Any BC spouses still waiting for Naturalisation approval for 3+ months?

I applied for my Naturalisation as a spouse of a British citizen on 11th April. Its now been ~3 months and i'm yet to hear back from Home office. I looked through the Naturalisation timelines thread and apart from a few cases where spouses got a response within 2-3 months, most of them seem to be t...

Re: Can’t see right to work

I’ve had ILR for 3 years, though I applied for naturalisation in April which I haven’t received a decision for yet. Didn’t think that was relevant. Will my BRP be enough to prove my right to work?

Can’t see right to work

Hello all,

Anyone else getting a “We cannot show your details” message when they try to prove their right to work? I was thinking it’s a glitch but it’s been a few days now… :?
