Re: Booking Biometrics appointment

1) Use post. 2) Enhanced is always paid. 3) Look after 12AM GMT tonight. You will get one for 15th Feb or earlier (if any cancellations). Hi @CULLINAN I managed to get an appointment, thanks for your tip. Can you please advise me if I need to take all original documents to the biometrics appointmen...

Re: Booking Biometrics appointment

Strange that there are no free appointments available now. I was able to book free appointments for my family of 4 on 20th Nov in Croydon. I had tried after mid-night. Maybe the recent lockdown has affected the staff count in UKVCAS which as a return affected the free appointments availability. The...

Re: Booking Biometrics appointment

Never mind found this https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/www.ukvisaandimmigration.co.uk It is clearly a money making scam run by Sopra Steria and who ever gave them the contract. I can only describe it as "day light robbery" and I am really disappointed that I have no other choice than to pa...

Re: British citizenship online application and documents upload

2. I believe I have uploaded all the required documents on the UKVCAS website and I am having my biometrics appointment next week in Bath, which I think it is an enhanced service point. The appointment I booked says standard appointment, do they still offer the document checking service? Hi. Since ...

Re: Do I have declare DVLA penalty

No issues. This will not impact your Naturalisation. Probably you got an OCS letter? Anyways, since you were not taken to court, you have no issues as this did NOT result in a criminal offence. Just declare it but it will have NO impact on your AN. Offence/Penalty: Using or keeping an untaxed vehic...

Re: Do I have declare DVLA penalty

Was it identified on sight? Did police pull you over? Or you got a Late Licensing Penalty in the post - detected by DVLA register? No I wasn’t driving and police was not involved. The car was declared SORN because it was broken down and parked at friends drive way. On that day, He dropped it off an...

Re: ILR - 10 year + spouse visa

You can apply for ILR based on 10 years long residence and can use a combination of any UK continuous visa status during the 10 years stay. You can apply in person for a same day decision or apply by post. The documents you need for 10 years ILR is much less than Set(M) spouse visa. can you please ...
