There is no rule regarding the earliest that you can apply for your Tier 1 extension. The only catch is that if you apply more than a month in advance, your extension will commence from the date of issue rather than the date of expiry of the current leave. As per current rules you can apply for exte...

I took my daughter to a photo studio ( snappy snaps) when she was 4 weeks for an Indian passport. They made her lie down on a cushion and took a snap.It was fairly easy and the photographer was pretty skilled. You won't be able to hold or support the child as no other person should be visible in the...

You can apply any time before your current leave expires without having to provide a reason for the same. Do remember that the new leave will be granted from the day that it is approved rather than when ur current leave expires.

You can call their customer service number and confirm with them. When I had called they said that they are not following the 15 day rule because of the high number of applications.

No acknowledgement letter

I posted my T1 extension application on 14-feb and application was delivered on 15-feb. I paid using postal orders and so there should not be any delay in deducting the payment. However I have not received any acknowledgement letter yet, is this normal? Should I be worried?

Bankers draft for t1 extn

Hi,
I am planning to apply for t1 extn with my wife and daughter as depend ants. I want to pay using a bankers draft. Can I attach 1 single draft for £1350 (850+250+250) or does each application have to have a separate draft attached with it? So basically do I need 3 drafts or will just 1 do the job?
