For any salary that you earned while you were physically present in the UK you cannot apply any multiplier.

If you are living in India, you can apply a multiplier for the Indian salary and add the salary you earned in GBP to it.

You can get documents laminated without any worries - i submitted my marriage certificate which was laminated last month and got the visa without any issues.

The policy guidelines mention that you have to show 2 proofs for your income - it follows that the 2 should corroborate. As long as the statements are on official bank stationary, they don't need to be stamped or signed.

Or hide the marriage certificate and show only the wedding invitation and fotos which happened on 21st oct 2009. Why not ask your employer to wait as your documents are currently with HO. If you recall your documents, your application will be withdrawn and your fees will not be refunded.
