Child was born in April, applied for the passport in July as we did not want to travel with baby yo Mumbai during Covid. Received passport in April 2022. Now they are penalising the baby for overstaying. It is not fair.

Hi Anubhav. Yes i applied from India. Then i applied for an Exit Visa and was fined Rs. 50000/- for the baby overstaying. After speaking to FRRO in Goa they asked us to apply for a New Visa.
