I am on ILR converted from Tier 2 general visa in September 2021. 2.My partner and kid are on Tier 2 general dependent visa (PBS dependent visa) and they are not eligible for ILR as they are yet to complete 5 year...

I am in the same situation . So we need to apply for extension as PBS dependent itself ?
Not on family visa .Is that correct ?

Could you please clarify which form should be used for extension
