Re: Delay in skilled worker visa

Hi,

I take it you have applied using standard visa and I am in similar situation. My biometric was 6th June and it’s frustrating. I have escalated to local MP and they say it’s now escalated to HO but their response will take 20 working days.

Re: Delays in Skilled Worked Priority Visa

Hi All,

My Application was submitted in country standard skilled based visa (employer switch) and it’s been the 10th week since biometric and 12th week since online application. I have checked previous response and I think they were received in earlier time frame. Anyone else in similar situation?

Re: CoS start date delay more than 28 days

Hi, I have a question related to 28 day rule and the validity of CoS. The start date on my CoS used during application was 26th July. However we are still waiting for the decision on our switching of skilled worker visa application within UK. Our initial understanding was that the start date cannot ...

Delays in skilled worker standard applications

Hi,

I have applied with my family (2 dependents) on 24th May 2022 and submitted biometric on 6th
Jun and still waiting for decision. My consultant tells me it’s taking 8 weeks from the day you submit biometrics. Anyone else submitted around this period has received a decision????

For the escalation route pointed by bhushanpradhan earlier in the chat, I think it is disabled now. We get an automated reply saying experience in delay etc (for in country) and then call disconnects. Has anyone able to get past this?

No luck.
