I am applying about 20 days prior to the 5 year completion and have an in person appointment for 2nd May. I entered UK on 19th May 2008 ( Out of country, approved for EC o...

Re: ILR Success - PEO Croydon (WP + Tier 1)

My appointment was on 17th Oct at 9 AM. Initial Checks by an UKBA officer: Questions asked, 1.You were on workpermit before Tier1.Do you have documents to prove your employment with them? 2.Do you have cohabitation documents to prove that your wife has been living with you in the last 2 years. Hi, ...

ILR P-60 and tax history query

The situation is as below. I have an appointment scheduled next week for my ILR. Over the past 5 years i have been on WP for approx 2.5 years and on Tier-1 for the rest. Currently on the tier-1 employment. My question is about the P-60 validity. All the P-60's i received in the first 3 years of my e...

In my case i noticed that my first P-60 does not have my NI number mentioned on it, will this cause any issues? Appreciate any information on tha...

HO must consider Gross Dividend but not Net dividend. You can appeal. 100% this is right and it is according to HO policy. Make an appeal, Case worker did a mistake. however, your dividend voucher should clearly mention Gross and Net dividend. All the best.... Best example: Myself. Correct advice. ...

It looks like many of us are in this kind of a situation and unfortunately, nothing can be done unless the guidance changes, or some one takes the HO to the court and win an argument.

Thanks for the response, after reading a few recent cases in the forum, this is getting very muddy. What happens if and when we apply together, and for some reason as seen in this forum many times, Home office decide to not agree my wife's ILR. what is her status in that case? She has been with me i...

That is ridiculous, saying that it is up to the case worker. There should be a clearer guide line on what scenario's are applicable.

Do senior memebers have any answers/ experiences that they can share?

Help on pg 67 of the application form.

However in B13 they again ask all the previous PB reference numbers. So i am assuming the recent applications would fill this, and any mails you recieve from H.O, would refer to the H.O our reference number. Is this correct?

On Help for B10 says - The applicant may have numerous Home Office reference numbers and should provide all such numbers.

So i am not sure if they are referring to the refused applications as well.

You can only use a uplift depending on the plaace of working. If you work in Canada, then you need to apply with the uplift applicable to Canada. ( whatever it is).
