Hi all, Yes the absence are absences but theyre legal and applying the 6 wk leave rule per year, 30 wks in 5 yrs should be legal leaves. Hi
If the GMC warning is about a disciplinary procedure which has been settled, it might be best to disclose it. However if its not recorded and then you dont have to anything.
It would help to know what the nature of the ' condition ' is on your GMC regn.

Hi all,
Just tracked my expected packet from HO, with Royal Mail, which says it will be delivered on 08/07/08.
So hopefully I will get my passports back tomorrow. Its been just over 5 wks siince I applied.

The BA website has changed on 1st July, the contact fax number also seems to be different., of course there is none for Tier 1 specifically.

Card charged: 3/06/08
Ref no received by first class mail: 4/06/08
It said that it will take about 28 days for the case worker to process it.

If you qualify under PBS Tier 1, why do you want to confuse the issue?
I believe some one has had their application put on hold just for that very reason.

You should use just one, decide which one and fill the form accordingly. Dont use both.
Remember that you cant use the same degree for qualification and English as well.

It does say so clearly in the opening page of guidance to Tir 1 Gen.
£800 as balance for any day within one month if you apply before 29/06/08, from UK.
