Re: Spouse and Child Visa to UK.

" he had "UK Certificate of Entitlement to Right of Abode" in his Indian passport because I was British Citizen when he was born." If your son was born while you were a British citizen, then you could apply for a British passport for him which will save you money in form of depen...

Re: Visit visa for Dad

Re: Family / Spouse visa hlep

I think you need a 6 months game plan seeing as you do not meet any of the financial requirements at present. So maybe find a job that pays more than the 18K per year requirement and make the application for your wife after the 6th month payslip?

Re: Visitor visa refused - what to do next?

Thank you for this. I had no idea, so if you say you are visiting for 3 days, get a 2 year visa and extent your stay to 10 days that becomes a problem?

Re: Visitor visa refused - what to do next?

Next time maybe try apply for a shorter duration, 3 weeks maybe then once you are in there you can stay longer. 5 months visit would always raise concerns and the officer will try look for reasons to refuse.

Re: Bringing Sibling on a Standard Visitor Visa

My understanding is that they process every application separately even though the family members are traveling together.
