it is very hard to predict , if she is out of country and they will issue visa
in country they refused twice

ther can be gap but if u reach benchmark in 12 consecutive months u r fine
for ex. Jan -Dec salary earned £40,000 in temp work , 3 months no work in that period , u r fine
