Also to join an eu fam member, you need a entry visa if you are from a certain country. If you are from one of those countries not needing a visa, these dates dont tell you anything. Well, we did everything via a solicitor, and we got a confirmation that they received the documents.

Did you consider consulting a solicitor with your case?

You are right, I saw that now on the form again. Did you request what the current situation is? We asked our agent to follow up and they at least confirmed the receipt. I am not sure, why you don't have an answer yet. In other boards, people, who applied in June or July got it literally in around 1....
