It is almost 7 months for us too and no news. My colleague applied in May, received an error message in July, she didn't book an appointment and got her approval in August. But I am wondering how is this possible that some enquiries can be pending for months and even for years?

This is a very valid feedback, I hope they will improve the system to make it impossible to book an appointment when you used app already but also those notifications have been causing confusion for months and months. I don't know why it was not still fixed.
