Hi Samyr,
Can I ask you on what ground you were granted a residence card? Asylum? Human Right? legacy case? married to EEA?
The home office have doubts about your nationality. It doesn't mean that you are stateless unless there letter from Ukba recognise as stateless person. it is very rare .

The decision was made on 23rd May 2008 in UK. AIT sent me the copy of determination on 8th May 2008 from UK
I don't understand how can they send you the determination on 8 th may and the decision is made on 23rd of May?
The determination is a written decision.
