Absences for ILR : Dependent

Hi
Can any one tell me whether the limit to number of days away from UK (whatever be the limit) for applying for ILR applies to dependents as well. I have been away for just 10 days but my wife had been away for more than 180 days in 5 years.
thanks

ILR and BIA response toHSMP

Hi

Now that BIA has decided not to challenge the ruling for HSMP does it mean that ILR shall also be issued after 4 years to old HSMP people as the judge had said that the scheme should be applied in totality.

Thanks

Apparently the person is very upset and does not know what it means. Does that mean that it is better to avoid mentioning abt licen...

ILR and HSMP

Hi
After HSMP forum judgement when can one apply for ILR - after 4 or 5 years of old HSMP. Because the judge had said in his judgement that the scheme should apply in its entirety to old HSMP applicants.

My points were for speeding offences. It is not DVLA which took me to courts. Infact I contested the offence in the courts.
