Black and White

I have got a black and white online statement with all requiring criterias and not just a coloured logo or bank name.
Is that enough if it is stamped by the the bank or does it needs to be in colour.
Thanks

Doc

Have you sent two sets of documents from different source to prove your income, if you have, why do you worry about sending new docs. If you haven't sent two sets of document from different source, you are in trouble. When you get your reference number, you could use that to send further doc I think...

CT bill wou...

Age Points

I wonder why is there discrepencies in the age points when applying for extension.

1) If a applicant is on HSMP for age under 30 you get 20 points.

2) For Teir 1 applicant for age under 31 you get 20 points.

My main question is about people who applied in Transitional arrangement.

Hi

The six months rule is no longer required as announced by HO. See Page 2.

http://www.ind.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... s-7-August
The doc says you dont need a letter from the employer about 6 months work
But it did not say you need not have worked for 6 months.

What is this all About

Hi
Can anybody please tell what is this Part2 means. I know I am definetely going to be affected.
As I read from the heading is it 8 years to get British Citizenship than 5 years plus 1 year on ILR.

What else are the new rules in.

Please explain me.

Maintanence Fund

In a sense maintanence fund is not appropriate for people already in the UK. For example, if a couple need to apply for a dependant visa for their child, it would not be logical to show £800+£533+£533 and to maintain it for three months. Since having already lived in this country they can easily ...

I got Teir 1 General visa stamped in my PP, however I applied as a transitional arrangement with approval letter.
