48K for Dependant

It is absolutely ridiculous, that when dependants apply separate have to pay 48000 Rs. They are not doing any points calculation, they just check documents like workpermit/ HSMP dependant or any other dependant like PSW visas. I cant get my head around why we are paying 48K, BHC gaining quiet a lot ...

If you check in the www.trackitt.com website they seem to be processing the applications revieved by the middle of June. Probably yours would be descided soon or on its way.

Be aware that since they are asking for the start dates and end dates, I think it wont be appropriate to just giving the month and the year. I would have in a format dd/mm/yyyy.

The case worker guidance says there should be evidence of period of study, my letter from university had the month and year of starting and ending period of study. Hi

As I was informed by my employer, the second employer need not deduct money for the NI again as you would be paying for the NI in the main job.
You could clarify this with Department of Work and Pensions website.

with all the rules being changed. I was wondering if the migrants who were granted FTS/IGS/ or the now coming PSW would be counted for the ILR period. Does the above catogeries after the study visa comes under this catogery "Employment not requiring work permit"

Thanks for your reply
While claiming points for the age at extension stage as a Highly Skilled Migrant, if the applicant is under 30 years s/he get 20 points, however if the applicant is Teir 1 general migrant if s/he is under 31 years the applicant gets 20 points
