HI

When DG was asked in the Politics Show in BBC 2 that whether the effect of so called £31000 criteria comes in will people have to leave the country after 5 years, he said he does not know yet. And he was vague and didn't even want to answer that question publicly. I think he knows the result of that...

Trying to take a photo for a 2 year old is an experience, really depends on your child would he/she be so quiet to adjust the chair height and behave inside the booth or frightened. there should not be any light from outside that makes the photo so blurred. The chair height would suit only adults, y...

HI

1. You have to apply as Teir1 Extension there is no such thing as transtitional arrangement. 2. Ask your wife to sign the concent form to the bank at the section 6?? for the joint account consent. 3. It is generally not required but people tend to supply tenancy agreement... What you really need is ...

Yes. It really does not matter if you are applying together because you have already given authrorization in your application (main applicant) form and dependant maintenance are covered from there. But again no harm in signing also in dependant form just for completeness of application. This is of ...

My point is most of the people I know came here mainly because of the prospect of settlement, not that they wil not come if settlement is not involved but a considerable amount of their earnings will not benefit the UK economy. I don't think it's always the case. I completely understand your reason...

For the sake of clarity - interim caps were put in place to mitigate against a flood of applications ahead of the intended permanent caps next year. Push I agree with that, but I feel it is practically easy to make a permanant cap when the interim cap just brought in few voices against, from 1 poli...

Hi

I am speculating that they might bring in ICT under cap, and would not include dependants in the cap. My theory is there had been too many news recently in the MSM about companies screeming for bringing in cap. The following link would prove my second point, since the Migration Watch is screeming ab...

Hi John

IF that is the case there is a problem And the problem is? John Oh I did not explan that clearly, right You see between the visa expiry date and the visa issue date there is a gap of 12 days and if I apply for extension a month earlier before expiry, that would be about 42 days in advance. Finally ...

hi

Sushdmehta Thanks for clarifying, I also checked the ILR form and that you are right. IF that is the case there is a problem, because already there is a short of 12 days in visa and if the application is made before 16 days for any reason of the date of expiry and approved sooner, Then there would b...

Hi John

Thanks for your reply. The date given is an eg and not the case. Probably not good eg though. I am confused with the visa issue date and visa expiry date Should someone take the 28 day period from the issue date or expiry date. This is in particular with applicant being on student and changing to HS...

it is getting bad I think, since they dont consider even 2 months early extension. There are genuine reasons why folks may apply 2 months early like, bank statements, being on the safer side and so on...not particularly using the "loophole"
