Hi

In India they ask for 1600 for each dependant for three months, since you had Teir 1 for just 1 month. What you have mentioned as 1333 is not good enough as per VFS, though the documents says something different. All other documents looking good include marraige photographs.

is there any time limit for dependant like 180 days. Does going home for maternity be classified as being out of country and will it affect ILR.

Grace period 28 days - doc

Can somebody please provide the official document regarding the grace period of 28 days after the visa expiry. Visa expired now but applied for Teir 1 and not sure if we can work. Hoping to get visa before 28 days.
Thanks in advance.

hi

Since your current immigration status is Teir 1. It is the same fees you paid for your Teir 1 extension, that is 54k, the fees is same for the infant as well.

I am a bit unsure if there is any change with old HSMP category

Hi

I got my sons visa approved from chennai, I was going to keep online statements but with unsure responses I spend few pounds and sent my proper statement through DHL.
In fact I only showed £533 for three months as MF.
G8t night.
All the best for the rest.

Hi

Did you apply for UK NARIC and did they class your qualification as equivalent to the UK Masters.
If yes you have your chance, but wait for other members to reply as well.
Also better wait for HPC approval before taking any decision.

Hi Dr Sadiq

Congrats
Can you please clarify, how you submitted the bank statement.
Did you afterall get a letter from ICICI or just sent a online statement from the plain paper and stamped with other requirements.

for Entry Clearance

Hi Duvvuri/ others
Thanks for your reply, Is this true for entry clearance as well, because I have seen some cases being rejected due to not accompanying bank letter authentifying the online statement.
