Hi all, managed to speak to someone at Royal Mail Helpline after more than an hour waiting in a phone queue. My passport application is now being held at the Northampton mail depot. It is very confusing, I even contacted the Irish passport office and they did not know what was required, they told me to contact the Royal Mail.
