In that case, you say in your letter that you are paying 750 quids with the exectation that BIA will refund any monies if they decide to lower the fees at a later date. You are assuming that BIA is going to reduce extension application fees to 350 quids. BIA can change application fees (for any sch...

I think you will have to pay 750 quids for your extension application. £750 for all other applicants, including applications for extension within Tier 1 (General) if you are currently in the United Kingdom under HMSP. Also, you might want to read through this post where, as per the OP, his extensi...

Sorry to ask this question but it's better to get a confirmation.

Is it 5 weeks or 4 weeks before the HSMP expiry we are required to apply for extension?

I'm also going to apply for extension next week 1+3 yrs on HSMP. Would it be a good idea to reference JR in my covering letter so that if they 'decide' to honour court ruling, they can consider my application in that respect?

How is JR judgment related to application fees?? :o regards I'll contact HO once the JR implemented and they have reduced the extension fee due to that, to reimburse me the difference. Their move for HSMP has been declared by court as ILLEGAL. HO doesn't have a ground at the moment to charge us £7...
