Same here.. I will wait for tomorrow and then will take a decision to withdraw the application. I need to start next weekend for home. am tempted to recall my application i have been waiting since 18th april but yet no approval...... maybe i should have applied in may lets hope more stuff happens th...

Does anyone knows how long it takes to get the documents back in case of withdrawing application?
And does HO refunds the fees of applications withdrawn? (guessing no refunds)

Jaan4nav, Regarding your balance in Post Office for maintainece funds doesnt qualify. As per my understanding of guidance, One should have X amount available everytime through out the previous 3 months and these funds should be accessible. Deposits in Post Office/Bank FDs are not accessible anytime....

No dont have any update from HO... The only update I got is that we cannot tell you status before 10 weeks.. Anil, Have you got any update - like decision made, document posted by HO? I was pulling out my reference number.. After reading this I think I will hold on myself and wait for tomorrow's mail. Just called HO... same old story :( ... only after 10 weeks you can know the status...I asked the lady to atleast tell me whether it has been allocated or not.. but she said sorry.....

Butter Sugar buddy I had sent fax for urgent treatment yesterday, so i asked her whether she received it and anyone is looking into it. the she gave me this info. I'm sure they have processed all application between 24-30April. So, all should get good news by tomorrow or latest by monday. Congratula...

Ohh man.. Sorry to read about that rejection.. So the theory of rejections happen at earlier stage in 2-3 weeks is false... Nothing is sure untill and unless you get the documents back in hand..

No point calling HO.. It is like a call center and nothing more... They dont have anything in their hands.. Their system never shows correct status of application... Better they should ask Tier1/HSMP Community and we can build them a nice system free of charge which they can be used easily and which...

Every day 3 times I pick up phone, dial HO number and hang up.... dont want to hear that it is still under consideration.. It will be more painful to hear that answer compared to blindly waiting for documents.
