to confirm UKBA have taken money from my account this morning.

well im all prepared for it taking as long as it has to. i just need the peace of mind of having a confirmation letter and them to take payment. atleast then i know its been allocated.

no payment or letter sent today. just checked 10 minutes ago. i think looking around on other forums, they are taking an average of 2-3 weeks to take payment and send a letter out. i think its annoying, personally i think a letter should be sent immediatly as a courtesy to let the applicant know tha...

hi rooney, i see what you meant. you sentence suggest it had been taken as you wrote "not been taken till today", therefore it was misinterperated.

i read that as they had taken the money.

can you keep me posted with your app, like when payment is taken and when letter is recieved.

yes i understand, however i am worried that rooney's application reached a day after mine, and his payment is processed and mine is not

i cant help but think they lost it already. its really worrying.
is there a time of day that they process payment?

same situation, my application was received on thursday last week, but payment has not been taken till today. i will wait until friday before trying to contact ukba. ok, my application was recieved by them on wendesday, however no payment has been taken... strange... what makes them process payment...

i cant help but think back at the documents we submitted... we sent immunisation appointment letters for our daughter who is british, but they were addressed as "to the parent/guardian of ...." i wonder if these show that we are still living together as a family unit even though they dont ...

well the only real document that spanned over 2 years were, my bank statements, and gas and electric bills. the rest were just 3 council tax bills, and 3 water bill which come yearly along with phone bills, birth certificate and other stuff, gp registration cards etc. so it was just the bank stateme...

hi guys, my wife has just sent her ILR under SET (M), we had a document check done by an advisor, however we did not submit photocopies of all the supporting documents may i ask if this is a mandatory requirement, or something to save time, as it wasnt feasable as we would have had over 200 photocop...

since you are both applying for ILR, then you must include your son. being born in the uk doesnt automatically allow british citizenship. either yourself or your wife should have a british passport in order for your son to qualify for british citizenship. therefore since both of you are applying for...

yes, we are sending child benefit letters, there in my name not my wifes as i am recieving them.

as for tax credits, we are not in receipt of them. although i am eligble and able to apply without bad effect, we didnt want to risk anything at all on public funds..

unfortunatly we dont have any joint named letters, however we have tons that are addressed to us individually, 3 different sources for her and 3 different sources for me. in total 20 letters amongsnt other things

do you think there will a problem that these letters are not in joint names?
