Do any know what is effective date of implementation of Citizenship bill 2009. I hope it wont be retrospective, but it will be appreciated if someone can let me know what is date from there onward this bill is expected to be implemented I read somewhere its Dec 2010 but a friend of mine is insisting...

Do u think that the decision of 06 April 2009 can have any positive impact on the people switch over from WP to Tier 1 (G)

I was on WP and then switch over to HSMP Tier1 (G) in May 2008.

Can WP holder expect any benefit from decision in there ILR.
