In my posts a few pages back I said that I'd sent a notarised colour copy of my FBR certificate as it states on the application form that this is acceptable. Approval email came through today :D Roughly 10.5 months in total since submitting the application, with a 1 month wait between the address confirmation email and the congratulations email.
